I found it hard to sustain a pump with my o/w/o bennet 5.0 combo when I first assembled it with super loose trucks. I wasn't getting a good rebound off my pumps and that slowly led too ever decreasing speeds. so I tightened my king pins like three full turns and now I get much better rebound and it seems like my bushings are now doing there job. Question is, shall I try to tighten a little more as now that I've clocked some miles it seems to be slowly less and less active. Also i have not cut or glued the bottom two barrels (which are bottom orange cone under white barrel). I fear I'll rip them apart if I glue then together with the way they move around so much when i pump. Also, might I want to move up in duro on one or more of these bushings to run a looser truck while still retaining the rebound. I fear I might have too much pressure on the current bushing setup.

IMHO - if you do not glue the bushings together, they are sliding across eachother and you are losing vital rebound - just based on my experience...

Again, IMHO, for a few bucks, experimenting is cheap...
