I have not tried the Fibreflex or the S9 Trylam, so I can't speak to those. I have had success with various Eastbilt boards, which have the benefit of being ridiculously cheap. http://eastbilt.com/long_old_school.htm

The Eastbilt 9" x 45" is a good option for LDP. It has a 28" wheelbase which is perfect for pumping and it has a good amount of real estate on the nose. It will ship to you within a week rather than months, and it only costs you $43.95--$27.95 for the deck plus $7.00 for four feet of grip tape (bottom of page whose link I offer above) plus $9.50 shipping.

The drawback compared to a Roe/Subsonic deck is that it's stiff, without concave/camber, and there's a bit less real estate up front. That being said I estimate you can get 90% of the pump of one of those boards out of a deck like this.

The Lush Mako works well too. It's quite wide at the nose, has a nice flex, gentle concave and a 30" wheelbase. Very Happy

I like my flipped over landyachtz mummy with rocker. it has a really nice snap to the flex that i've grown to like.

it's not much for LDP though, i'd say more along the lines of S-MDP with the 25.5" wheel base.

i really want to try the Rayne Vice. looks like it has the perfect shape and specs for LDP.

how would the new landyatchz wedge flex work out, i never really took a look at it before, but i just saw it today on their website and the first thing that popped into my mind was that it looked alot like the lbl walkabout, anyone have any experience on this thing?

I dont have any experience with it but it looks about right. My only worry would be it being too flexy but maybe if you were a lighter person. To get the most out of it (for pumping) i would drill new mounting holes a little further back.

I dont know what you mean by "off the wedging" but just looking at the deck, it seems if you drilled the holes for the front truck back a bit, youd get more foot space over the front truck.

Edit: Oh, does the wedge flex have an upturned nose? I couldnt tell from the shots I saw. If so, its probably not ideal for LDP. The upturned nose will give a dropped board effect, lowering your center of gravity but also reducing the leverage you have over the front truck. I would stick to a regular topmount for ldp. Seems like Surf One has a lot of inexpensive boards that might fit the bill for LDP.
