Take...

1 x Randal 150
1 x Spherical bearing with 3/8" bore
1 x Dremel type multi tool
1 x pack of 2 part JB Weld
1 x small flat file
1 x Grade 8 2.75" kingpin (cut down from 3")
1 x Sharpie (or similar type pen)

Dis-assemble truck
Insert 2.75" kingpin into baseplate, add flat washer, bottom bushing and hanger.
Slide spherical bushing over kingpin
Using the Sharpie draw around the bearing to mark material to be removed.
Remove hanger and using the Dremel type tool carefully and laboriously remove excess material until bushing is a snug push fit in hanger.
Roughen outside edge of bearing with small flat file.
Mix some 2 part JB Weld
Clean hanger and outside edge of bearing to ensure clean and grease free.
Insert bearing in hole and using washers or coins ensure bearing is level and at height required.
Apply JB Weld around outside edge of bearing.
Leave overnight to harden
Flip hanger over.
Mix more JB Weld
Apply around outside egde of bearing.
Leave overnight to harden
Assemble, insert kingpin enough to fit flat washer and bushing, insert hanger pivot in baseplate, slide kingpin through bearing hole, fit top bushing ,washer and nut.
Wedge 10*
Fit wheels
Pump away...

Video showing action (nut top washer and bushing removed, apologies for poor quality)

Your how-to steps are totally golden Alec -- Thanks!!

I'm hoping to replace a worn-out spherical myself, so I'll give this a shot.

Would be great to hear from you if you run into any wear and tear issues.
