Well, this is a bit of basic footage of me pumping a local cul-de-sac. In the youtube description I have my current setup and a mention about my toe-stop. Call it cheating but I am finding the toe-stop to be great when I am getting going from a slow (or even stopped) start.
And this is me pumping after maybe a couple of months of getting it, consistantly.
