Yes than you establish a classified feedback system. For everyone to view good guys and bad guys. I belong to two other hobbyist forums and I can tell you they are alot of scamming out there you do need some way of controlling it that would be a good place to start. On one of the forums we police and look out for each other that would be another way to keep everyone safe.

Good point. So far, probably by virtue of our small community, we haven't run into any bad apples -- that I've been made aware of anyway. I'd like to hope it can stay that way, but as the forum grows we do run the risks of anonymity.

For the time being, I would highly recommend anyone who has actually had a "good" transaction based off our BST forum, to please post that your deal has been completed and that things went well. Same goes if anyone got ripped off -- but I think so far that hasn't happened. Like you mentioned, we do a pretty good job of keeping the vibe cool here and looking out for each other. I can look into setting up a more formal system on the first instance of any wrongdoing.

In general, I'd always be leery of people who sign up on a forum and post something for sale right away. I personally don't deal with anyone online in a financial way until I've seen them invest a good amount of time and effort in becoming part of the community.

btw, I also own a mini dachshund and she poops in our yard a lot. I believe it's illegal to send poop in the mail, but I'm not always known for my law-abiding ways (for one thing, I skateboard) Very Happy
