Nice, I liked it and hopefully it grabs a few more converts.

Landy, very stoked to see this!!   Sounds like you might even have some company on your 100+ miler!    Great write-up on your adventures to come.

Ted was just asking how my running's been going -- had to admit I've been clocking more miles on the "alien technology" of the bicycle lately than on foot.   Learned a ton last year from Ted about nutrition and cross training.   The funny thing is, he also said he was just going to shoot for 100 miles, the day he pulled off 242  Very Happy   so ya never know.

Thanks!  It looks promising for recruiting new LDPers.  Mike is already in, knowing him for 12 hours or more.  Charlie knew I was longboarding but had no idea how different these boards are from the skateboards of his youth.  He is a;ready checking out LDP decks and hopefully can get one it time to prepare some for Ultraskate.  I am working on a few others, so hopefully by the fall of this year we'll have a larger crew.  It helps that my fellow runners here are always up for a new challenge!

I have been running a little, but only a few miles.  I think my marathon days (running) may be done due to my knee, but it is good cross training for LDP Wink
