http://customlongskates.com/produkte/hackbrett.php

Looking over the Hackbrett line and racing experience, seems like they would be entirely capable of doing a nice job on a "new" hybrid evo-foam type deck, although I might be wary of testing out something custom for a long ride like yours, just to maybe save a pound or two in weight.   I do love the shape of the Evo and own one, I never splurged for a carbon Evo because I heard it wasn't quite as ultra-light as it could be...just like your comments from Hackbrett suggest.  That makes sense because they make them stiff as possible for DH racing.

To me these all sound like good options, so this starts to become a question of whether you want to help promote one business over another, like if you or get a better "vibe" from the guy at Hackbrett or Rolls or Subsonic.

My first distance decks back in 2001-2002 were dropped decks from Subsonic  ("Curve" back then) and Rollsrolls, so we have a long history together, and I trust their stuff.

So my priorities on choice at the moment would be
1. raven - tried and true, light enough, and Scott is a great duuuude!
2. rolls woody - only if I was expecting more rain on the ride.  and expecting it to offer more comfort than the carbon.  this deck would be a complete "test" for me.  I'm not sure how the deck's concave feels... anyone else?  (Keith is in Africa right now?!!)
3. rolls carbon - with RUBBER risers/shockpads instead of hard plastic
4. hackbrett - mainly because I don't know them but still a contender because I love the Evo shape
