Man, good luck with the chemo. I can by no means imagine what your going through, but I've seen what the process can do to you.
Staying physically active through the therapy seems difficult and accomplishing this earns you a lot of respect.
Keep on skating. You amaze me. _________________ Gawd |

This is truly awesome prikel. I can only imagine the fight with chemo, and I'm very hopeful that being out there will help both physically and mentally, although I know it must be tough. We would like to hear a lot more from you!
A couple years ago I remember this Flaeming Skate from something "Ravn" briefly mentioned over on Ncdsa -- it sounds like an incredible place and worthy of making a vacation destination to Germany for us LDP-types. |

Sorry to hear about the chemo dude, but Wow that place looks absolutly incredible, smooth concrete, great scenery, roller blading ladies. What more could you ask for.
I know that if i was in hospital i would get well as soon as possible to get my ass back out on that trail!
Would you mind if i put up some posted a link to those pictures on the Skatefurther forum (www.Skatefurther.com/forum). It looks like a great site destination for a skate holiday!
Get well soon

Hi pumping dudes!
Thank you for the condolence! Sorry for my primitive english! I wanted to report about the Flämmingskate.
Here over again an explanation.
I had Chemo(interferon/ribavierin) because of hepatitis C from April 2007-of September, 2008! I have won! Hip Hip Hurra!
if somebody p.m ask has I can answer them with pleasure!
In this time I was regularly with the Longboard on the way LDP, slalom, carven cruising!
sometimes it did not go better sometimes worse sometimes at all! However, the Longbording was good for me very much very much! I could make the long distances (pictures you see 80 km) only at the beginning, later, however, after 40 km!
By the way, with Raven I am more often on the Flämmingskate, we live both in Berlin!
These Flämming distances are unique in the world!
28.2oder 29.2.2009 is weather fine we will start ouer first ldp in 2009
thx and greets prikel
(I'm thron at slalomspot berlin city calls Invalidsstreet hahahha)

Ahh, I didn't know that chemo treatment used for hepatitis! Of course my first thought was cancer. It's great that LDP was a part of the therapy!
That longboardz.de forum's really cool for slalom and pump info, I've lurked there over the years using altavista babelfish. You get some pretty entertaining translations that way... but my office-mate speaks German so she helps as long as I don't bother her too often
I really hope to scout some new trails here on our side... keep saying that every year. I know there are some smooth trails in Eastern WA as well. But I think Flaeming is one of a kind. |

Howdi ho, glad to here that all is well dude.
I have been taking a good look at the Fläming skate routes, and have decided that i will be paying a visit in the summer. Most likely in mid June, and then maybe agian in september. There have been murmurs of a Euro -Ultraskate and what better place to do it?
How easy is it to get there from Berlin? Train to Juterbog??

Sorry so late that I check my threat!
The reason is, here in East Germany is still winter! Damn!
By train from Berlin main station to Jüterbog without change the train takes about 45 minutes, it is very easy!
