Now that Stoked is taking care of the business side of things, Gareth has been tinkering a bit more

Yeah, its that good. The flex on this deck seems even better than the original. Even though its technically a light flex it felt stable yet bouncy under my 200 lbs. Cant wait until these hit full production.

Well, i dont know much more than you do other than the fact that ive ridden it a little bit and james is pretty tight lipped on the issue. From the picture you can see that it is two plys of V-Lam birch and maple. My impression was that it felt more like a medium flex mermaid than a light flex but it seemed to have more 'pop' than either. Same beautiful outline and carbon fiber work as production mermaids.

I noticed that stoked lists the matching seismic rears for the bennett 5.0 and 6.0 (130mm and 155mm respectively) but doesnt list the ST105mm despite the fact that the 4.3 is one of the front options for the mermaid complete. Is this mere oversight or do you seismic users tend to pair the 4.3 with a 130 instead?

I'm guessing it's an accidental omission. Since Stoked stocks the 105, I can't see why they wouldn't offer it for the complete. I've got one, and I actually ran it with a 5.0. There can be some clearance issues with it. For example, with the 76mm Superballs I had to use an extra speedring. Any wheel with a fairly large inner lip could cause problems. I don't think many LDPers run Grippins, but I'd guess they're impossible on a 105.
I'm sure a 130 would run fine with the 4.3, offering perhaps a bit more stabilility, while perhaps sacrificing quicker turning. Flipping the rear wheels would make the tracking narrower, but then there could be the clearance problem.
