The Hills are alive, but I'll use my Dervish next time

I hit hill bombing for the first time in months today.  Man, I really need to keep those skills up to par.  Going 25 mph really made my legs shake a bit--RUSTY.  It's funny what doing solely flatland will do to you.  I'll also take my Dervish to do it next time.  After three months of solely doing LDP, I forgot how loose the Bennett feels at speeds above 15 mph.  On the plus side, my carving has improved TREMENDOUSLY--thanks to LDP.

Thats right man, rounding it out.   Your "casual carving" will probably get more aggressive the more you pump flats.   I've even been feeling pretty comfortable on the Bennett front around 30mph++.   Just big, sweeping turns, nothing too quick, as you probably feel how fast that truck can "dive" inward once you get it going that fast.

I forget how fun it is to shred the slalom hills, until I finally get there, like last Sunday.   I was just going to show up and watch, but Jackman offered me his extra set of pads, and Stryker running the timer said YOU'RE UP - GO NOW in his soft, suggestive voice as usual.    Ended up "racing" a solid couple hours!
