Roe Racing Mermaid vs PSWhich Roe LDP board would you suggest for me to buy? The Mermaid or PS LDP?

There's a long and slightly dramatic story about why the original PS LDP was shaped and designed the way it was. The gist is we were working under a 36"--37" length constraint at the time.
The Mermaid is really the vision Gareth and I had to start with, especially in performance but also in visual appeal, and it's really the one I'd recommend. The rear "hips" cradle your back foot, which is a huge driving force in pumping, and the Mermaid's extra width adds strength through the entire length of the deck, that the PS LDP needed. Hope that helps!

Thanks. I figured that the Mermaid would be superior because it was newer and it would have some upgrades, but they were the same price and I couldn't find anybody comparing the two anywhere. I'm going to order one today!
