My First LDP-- Roggs Mistress!I ordered my Mistress before I came home from school, but unfortunately it didn't come before I left so it sat behind the desk at school. Well I just moved in today and look what I got!
Roggs Mistress prototype, Bennett 5.0 w/ shock pad + soft wedge + 10º, Tracker RTS w/ shock pad + -7º, Orangatang 80A InHeats. I was only able to ride it in the basement of my dorm (DANG YOU WINTER!) but it rides awesome. It's so easy to get up to speed and the flex is great.
I'm so joyous!
I can definitely see myself putting some major miles under my feet with this.

looks like you're holding her by the waist
we have a garage with a big oval area where you can pump forever... the only thing that keeps me sane this season.
more to come "down the road" I hope!

If you get a chance, could you please post a picture that would show how much concave there is? It would be much appreciated.
Also, how much flex does it have?
I love how it looks, both in shape and design/graphics.

I don't think that photo gives the concave justice. It's very comfortable and very useful. The flex is perfect for me, snappy enough to help you out but not slow you down.

Cool. Is that clear grip tape or something else?
More pics if you have a chance.

Unless I am mistaken.....the grip is part of the finish. Kyle started doing it with his dancers so that he could have a variable grip on the deck.

That's a great idea. Is it better than the grip on loaded? I have a vanguard and the finish is more grippy and course than the Pintail.
How is it applied or is it something unique to Roggs?

It is mos def better than Loaded grip. That stuff wears like mad and just is not all that grippy.

You can find instructions on the Fish. Basically it is a grit applied to the wet clear coat then it is coated again with the finish. Multiple layers are sometimes used.
