minuteman bikeway - Boston, MAHit the minuteman bikeway this week. It's a very nice ride and quite well used. http://www.minutemanbikeway.org/Pages/intro.html The start in bedford is flat and then there is a long gradual hill into lexington center. I skated right behind a 'normal' inline skater for about a mile, although the guys with the race wheels still blow me off. Did about 12 miles and the slight downhill on the wayback was cool. Way fast. Pavement is good but rough enough to slow you a bit. I'll be back.

The bike path is real nice you can pump for a long time on the way back. Have not completed the entire path yet.Its good to hear other people are getting into long distance skating.I gust found this sight it has a lot of good info.Need to set some thing up this spring with a few skaters.ps if you ride at night bring a light
