I decided today to go in to no mans land of San diego police dept. to test the waters and see if they would pull me over.
So I went past Via del Valle down highway 101 and kept on going down the bike lane. The little 20% grade I got speed wobbles on the complex board. I don't think I would have gotten them on the spliff. So I foot braked a little then pumped on down the road turned right on coast blvd. in Delmar.
I forgot about the grass parks over looking the ocean with women in bikinis. Stopped at the train station watched the views walk on by since their were no waves to check out. So the distance is 7.3 miles from my house according to MSN map blast. So I hit 14.6 miles round trip.

Yesterday I found out I am getting old and Can't handle the heat I went did the Escondido rail trail at high noon it was about 86 degrees.
Felt like I was going to pass out in sport chalet were I went to cool down.
I drank gatorade before during and after so I was hydrated it's just the heat and I don't mix anymore. I don't get it? I use to be a avid desert backpacker at joshua tree.

Entropy sucks. I was recently diagnosed with MS and now the heat can totally fuck me up - never used to bug me but once my core temp heats ups up a bit it can just bring me down - fatigue, blurred vision, balance screwed, etc - even a hot bath'll do it when shits acting up.

Fortunately it's one of those come-and-go kind of things at this stage and this summer has been pleasantly symptom free. Very Happy
