Kids Say the Darndest ThingsOver the weekend I took my baby niece out skating/bike riding. (Age 11) She ended up riding about 15 miles, while I skated. Needless to say I was very proud. She had this look of amazement on her face as I pumped along side of her. On the last couple of miles I offered to push her a bit. With no hesitation she said…….
"Ya you can push me, after all your not doing much anyways……Just kinda moving back and forth."
She then went on to explain to me that she felt skateboarding was far easier than bike riding. I turned to her and smiled. It was a good day…
