I finally got it!

I have my LBL drop-pin setup with the shown trucks, wedges and bushings, and even though the deck itself is a bit akward I'm totally able to LDP now.

Front:
Bennett 5.0 with Orange Khiro barrel on top and Holey pink bottom on the bottom.

Rear:
Tracker RTS 129mm with stock tracker bushing on top and jimz bottom on the bottom.

The fishballs are great, even in poor weather, which is the only weather over here this time of year Laughing .

I have a feeling that there's room for improvement (isn't there always?), but I'm guessing I will have to work on my style first.
I was a humping silhouette in the night, another reason why parents won't let their kiddies go out to play after dark.

But all in all, awesome. Not sure if my experience is worthy of its own topic, but you guys support the stoke so I don't see why not.

Oh, and any kind of suggestions on how to improve my setup is welcome.

you should post a picture of the entire deck to see how its functioning together.

yeah, i'd like to see the whole complete as well!   and vid would be even better...    sounds like you got a great set of bushings, the rest is loosening and tightening to get it jus right.

Super late, but for you who are still interested this is my setup (described in the original post).

It's a bit hard to tell, but you could experiment with a bit more wedging and dewedging. I compared your photo to an older one of mine and I looked at the angles of the kingpins. I believe this is 15 degrees in front and 8 degrees in back. You could also try playing with different bushing combos. I have a set of Fishballs and think they are great, but not my favorites for LDP. I once tried to do a cyber mile for the heck of it with them and had to quit by the quarter mark--too much slip. I guess it depends on your technique, but if you really power off the back, you'll need more grip.

I got some longer bolts allowing me to add an extra wedge in front. Have yet to try it out, but hoping for the best.
I'm know that the fishballs aren't ideally shaped and am planning on using some 75a gumballs I have lying around, but I'm expecting them to be slow. But assumptions won't get me anywhere! Gotta try it first!

You can experiment with the Gumballs, but you are probably right about the speed. If you find you're losing traction with the fishballs, dewedge the rear more.

Oooh! I'll keep that in mind!
