How do you tune your Carver C7?I've got my bushings pretty tight. I did put in some softer ones than the stockings to have a little more return to center.
The tension of the arm I got medium I think. Not too loose, because it makes pushing more difficult.
What kinda 'settings' would it make most easy to pump?

Mine's in something like 27 pieces... last time I broke the spring I took it apart and never did get it all sorted out.
But I used to just run the stock bushings, and tightened the spring to the max (probably part of the reason it broke) -- so I'd recommend the tension spring at "almost" max, if you're using this for distance, and less if you're just surfing and pumping around with it on short rides.

Ok. I will experiment with that.
One of my washers damaged pretty fast. When I contacted Carver they sent me a sparepart kit free of charge because they made some spare parts stronger than the original. I also know sparepart kits are available in (online) shops for a very small price. And it isn't hard to assamble the truck.

too many moving parts for my taste, same with originals, rtr, seismics, etc. I like as few moving parts as possible for long distance. I wouldnt want to try to adjust a C7 in the middle of a cross state adventure or something.

Would it be good to dewedge the backtruck on a C7 setup?
