fotos from outlaw pump house Giant Slalom series

I went to the Outlaw pump house GS race today it was pretty cool met old friend from 18 years ago. New people also like Chris Yandall and John Galac of Galac boards. I was able to ride the LDP nice board just a little to long for my style of riding. It was set up like you guys set them up with Bennett's on the front with the combo bushing and trackers on the back.
So Now I was able to experience what you all are riding. I really like his slalom board it was shorter it suit me fine 30" I would like 33" the shape is kinda of smaller mermaid shape. It pumped great I was pumping it up hill in circles on the side of the hill.
The racing was great their all fast 35 to 40 mph Richie Crarasso just pump forward on each turn so fast same with Chris Yandall,Tiger Williams, Lynn Kramer the fastest women faster than most of the men. The last time I saw Lynn was at a Casl was mini ramp contest 18 years
ago.
This was the first time I got to just kick back and enjoy a race and not compete or work at the contest the sure speed and precision at that speed of going through the cones  humbled me. I thought I was fast on our 50 yard and 100 yard flat land Tight Slalom contest back in my Casl racing days.
They were racing about 3/8 mile all down hill cones spaced between 20 feet apart stagered .

they're such an awesome crew, about the only chance I get to ride and meet with Carrasscos and other sk8kings is the Hood River Oregon slalom race in July.   Brad Jackman moved up here years ago and has been spreading that same stoke to the Northwest crew ever since.

it is amazing to witness how much faster and technical racing has gotten even just over the last 5 years.

Here's a foto of Tiger Williams who has been on Turner summer ski since the the 70's when he was a little kid.
He has a very special slalom board he showed me at the contest.
If you ever meet him ask him about it.

Sorry about  slowly adding photos I think Tiny pics will allow me one a day.
