Flipped BZs ... flipped wheels in generalhas anyone run flipped BZs? Just wondering what that would do.

Note: my 5.0 has a smaller wheelbase with flipped BZs than my 4.3 with Speed Vents. My big question is what becomes, negatively or positively, of the .7 running the 5.0 with flipped BZs since smaller wheelbase or not, that .7 is still there.

Should make this thread about flipped wheels in general.
I ran flipped pink bubblegums on some carver cx's that made the wheelbase, or well the outer edge of the wheel about an inch more in. Made me turn a little tighter but at the same time harder to turn, makes sense from a physics point of view.
Better example is when I did this with the bunch of Silkeez I get. Made the outer edge of the wheel pretty close together, which made it semi unstable but could turn like crazy, if you didn't fall over.

changed the titlebar. but of course you know, flipping a centerset wheel isn't going to have much effect 
actually i haven't toyed much with flipping my offset wheels, but i know on some you need to watch for the wheel biting into the baseplate. avilas for sure. but like Tookie found, it does have the effect of feeling like you just put on a narrower hangar truck.

I've been playing around with flipping my BZs. I have a 5.0 Bennett in front and with the wheels flipped turn-in is improved, but at the cost of losing some stability and perhaps speed. Since most of my riding is on flat terrain it's not an advantage. On the back truck, which is a Tracker RTS 139, I actually prefer the feel of the narrower track with the wheels flipped. Since they are lemons there is not much deformation. Perhaps with a softer duro it would seem slower. Is it true that most grip is on the inside edges of the wheels since that is where most of the weight is? In turns is it still mainly on the inside of the inside wheel, or because of weight transfer is it mostly on the outside of that wheel?
