Nice Video dude.
Some nice moves going on there.
I was supposed to have joined you and Keith there but I was not feeling too clever, Sorry for not being able to meet you.
I hope to go to Dorney on Saturday to make up for not skating Wednesday.
The pavement looks sweet

JAMES!!!!
Man all I could think about is "James would LOVE this!”
It’s a bit smoother than Green Lake believe it or not. But were it shines is that it’s that real grippy SWEET black pavement. That kind that you feel like you can really dig into it. Like that one section on the Sammamish. But again REALLY smooth. Like if a big cement roller had just gone over it. No lines or cracks at all. And as you can see half the trail was very wide. Strange, even though there were two slight hills, the flat section felt almost completely level. It was kind of a weird feeling, but in a good way. I’m normally used to it being one way or another. It was a bit windy but only for one side. And even on the side it was windy it wasn't that bad.
Keith and I had a pint or 2 afterwards…..it was awesome.
I’m going again tomorrow with Alec and some 83 duros…..Very stoked to meet him as well.
NAT freaking RULES too.
It's all good Barry. No worries...
Alec
Can't wait...

How Do All
Wicked shot of the Pavement Eric, It is hard to believe that it is like that around the whole lake, but trust me it really is.
Yesterday (13 September 2008) Mini Ultra Skate at Dorney Lake!
It was the Raddest days skating I have ever had! What made it so Rad was not so much the skating which was Radder than Rad anyway but My Skate Buddy for the day, "Eric The Shred" I can not thank you enough for such a wicked Day Eric; Thank you
I will not bore you all with a long post about the day and its events but believe me it was one of the best days of my life and I have had some best days that money just can't buy and most people just dream about.
I don't know how many miles we did but we skated pretty much non stop from about 9:45 till 19:45 only really stopping for lunch at the Pineapple.
Thank you Eric You are a true Gent, (Sir Pumpalot)
Take care,
Longboard Barry

eric and barry, sweet shots. no crowds at all?
that place seriously looks like a Pumping Nirvana. feel free anytime to bore us with the details barry!
now, i may have to call a technical foul on the skatefurther crew...that surface is TOO perfect!! i can see a summer trip coming up one of these years.
Winnersh
It's a mighty fine place and I happen to live 14 skateable miles from it
The rowing lake is owned by Eton College which is THE place to go if you want to be a future British Prime Minister, Russian Oil Gangstar, or the leader of an African nation with a questionable human rights record yet plenty of Uranium mines.
As such, there is money floating around. Enough money to keep the paths super smooth, and the landscape managed. This, remember, is the site of the London 2012 Olympic Games rowing, canoeing, and I think, open water swimming.
Everyone is welcome!

How Do James & All
It really was as people free as the photos show, early in the morning there was a 5 or 10 K run but that was over in the blink of an eye and as there is more than one ribbon of pavement we never had to share our sweet pavement with the runners, sweet.
Nirvana is an understatement, I dont think words can explain how heavenly this place realy is just thinking about it make me smile, I have only been there the once so far so I think one of the regulars from the Skatefuther team would be more credible to bore you with explicit details, but I am going there on wednesday to train so I shall be taking notes for you and some more pictures also.
You really should come and check it out, don't forget to pack eric a suit case too
