BigZigs on walkabout

I was thinking of lemon/lime BigZigs and was wondering if you guys think that's a good setup? I was thinking bennet 5.0 front orange/white/orange. Rts back w/ red khiros. I am 5'8'" 165pounds. Also any suggestions on risers; I have the Khiro wedge kit, two 1/4" shock pads and two 1/4 to 1/2" riser blocks. What would be best configuration for the BigZigs? Thanks for any help guys.

That's a perfect set up.  Here is how the risers will work for you:

Front Truck--20 Degree front wedge
1/4" shock pad
1/2 Riser--sounds like you have hard ones...that will work.
15 degree Khiro wedges from kit

Rear Truck--12 degree dewedge
1/4" shock pad
1/2" riser
7 degree wedges from kit.

Wheels--Lemons front, limes rear.

I use this setup on all of my boards and it sings with the BZ Lime/Lemon Combo.

Good luck and post pics.

Adding to the list of questions I'll ask you all knowing pumpers ``What would I need to change with a LBL walkabout complete?`` I'm either getting a really long board or a dedicated LDP board, which is where the walkabout comes in, but after hours of reading on pavedwave I've learnt that bushings are very important. Will Larry have already arranged this with the completes or will I have to invest in a bushing kit? I'm guessing the latter one, but if so then not being able to order a bushing kit from lbl's website is a bummer.

Can anyone enlighten me?

I would believe he will set it up exactly how he rides his. I called him and left a message. 2 days later he called me up personally and we ran down all possible configurations. We talked risers, angles, bushings, etc. LBL is the man. He suggested a orange, white, orange front.  Med tracker or Khiro rd rear. I'm 165lbs. Hope it helps. Also I think Stoked has Khiros for like $3.49 so it's only ten bucks or so anyway. Remember these are baselines and everyone seems to have a different preference after playing around and testing.

He has Holey bushings on his site, but he does (if I recall correctly) have a comment box) so I could ask him to charge me extra to change out the bushings to suit my weight. Thanks a lot for answering.
