Bennett & Tracker size compatability ?How Do All
Please can someone confirm if the below table is the best compatability for sizes of front & rear truck. or is the table below this one the one with the most compatable sizes. I think the top table has overall hanger widths or similar size (but I could be wrong) is that the best way to choose the trucks by having similar widths.
Please help before I go and order one in every size
Front Truck Rear Truck
Bennett Vector 4.3 Tracker RTS 106
Bannett Vector 5.0 Tracker RTS 129
Bennett Vector 6.0 Tracker RTS 139
Or are the below sizes more compatible?
Front Truck Rear Truck
Bennett Vector 4.3 Tracker RTS 129
Bannett Vector 5.0 Tracker RTS 139
Bennett Vector 6.0 Tracker RTS 149
It also seems to me that SolidSkate.com is the only place to get every size available, is this a good place to shop or can anyone recomend another shop with a good range of sizes?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Take care,
Barry

How Do Stocago
Thank you for that.
They were going to be my choices for the third list, honest
I can not decide which width to go for so I may buy a couple to try them and see what I prefer. I like my wide stable holeys but I know they are hard to pump with but I am not sure how I will feel on the 4.3 , I may buy the 5.0 - 129 and 6.0 - 149 combinations to try as it's pretty flat here and I can always get the 4.3 - 106 when I become comfortable with a very tippy front truck.
As a side note I made the mistake of trying to ride my wedged Kilima tail first, as soon as I turned or at least tried to the front of the board (now acting as the rear, decided to leave me in a pile on the road. lesson learnt! LDP boards only work in one direction
Thanks again for your help,
Take care,
Barry

I"m having the same 4.3/5.0 dilemma... I currently have 6.0's, which is what I will start out with, but would like to get a new pair and a dedicated back truck, will be running the 6.0 with a randall 180 when my Mermaid gets here, hopefully today.
But, will still like to use this board to carve up some hills, so I'm leaning toward 5.0/129 for stability.

FWIW I have run both and the 4.3 is just real quick - extremely quick pumps - I personally have a hard time "laying out" into larger pumps with it - and as soon as you have any speed and want to relax with a few carves (I personally) find it scary at the end of the deep turns... you have to be real conscious not to allow the wheel to tuck under.
I find the 5 the perfect compromise for supporting both steep hill bursts and more mellow, larger-swing pumps.

Thanks for your replies
You have all been most helpful.
I have ordered some trucks to try out now. I have gone for Bennets 5.0 and 6.0, to try for the front I will try the 5.0 first and I have the 6.0 if I feel I need more stability.
I have gone for the Tracker RTS for the rear, the 129 to go with the 5.0 and the 149 to go with the 6.0 I have also ordered a 139 to try with both the 5.0 and 6.0 to see what difference it makes.
I am hoping the scott gets back to me about the Pulse 40 as I really want one of these even if I have to wait months for it. I guess he must be busy or on holiday at the moment.
I have also emailed LBL about the Walkabout LDP and if I can get one quickly for the meantime,
then with all the trucks I have I can set one board up with 5.0 -129 and one up with 6.0 - 149.
the biggest problem then will be deciding which to take out and which should have 5.0 or the 6.0
Take care,
Barry
