anybody use a GS board?i like the sk8kings maximus among other boards (pps and fullbag, to name a few) because they look like really nice boards (duh, right?). and, i have been commuting on my pavel TS board to work...but i'm kinda wondering if it would be more efficient to get something like one of these GS boards for long-distance. i'm really digging the unique flex on the pavel i got; it flexes across the concave, side-to-side...not really torsional, but "sideways," and was also curious as to any GS or SGS boards that had a similar flex.
oy, finally, how about trucks? would a bennett 6.0 front be good? would a 150mm truck, similar to that, be overkill, or would i want to stick with a 129ish truck? thanks!

I have run my PPS Gary Faddel board but it was set on the regular hole pattern. I have not used the funky tail hole set up yet. Basically a old time punk street shape it pumps okay. You have to work it but any board can be pumped if your trucks are loose enough and you know the magic or skill of pumping,
Dave Crabb and I would just blow the doors off all the other skaters going up the mission/pacific beach board walk on pool/street boards playing people slalom. Dave was the New Zealand slalom champion and also was the man to beat when he was in CASL back in the day till he turned pro. Then along came Paul Dunn he was the fastest in CASL slalom except for the pro lost in space Jim Korten and his secret runs to prove to himself he still had it.

Yes I have tried of course my GS (dom Kowalski) with GOG's! Status Quo of the GS but aggressive concave and the short WB and the narrow axes is not suitable for the LDP!
