45 on 45Ted's running 45 miles today around Greenlake...strapped up to the engine that is Edgar! Hoping to catch them if he goes later in the day.

That's awesome! I can't go running, Meniscus Degradation from all the skating in my youth. Ironic how skating injuries have restricted me to LDP for excercise. I was a competative swimmer in HighSchool but don't really care for it now. Ted sure is an inspiration to be fit though.

Yo, thanks for coming out. I decided to convert to kilometers with some coaxing from Leah..which made it a little easier. I still ended up frying myself. But had a great time. I think I won't run around Green Lake for a while.
