...with 17mph crosswiseMy board has positioned itself with 17mph crosswise! I wanted to reach at most speed! I have acted silly! I was cold. The board was new and the streets are still sandy from the winter protection. which would be quite possible maximun speed then?

That's really freaking fast! The fastest I know so far in the 18mph range, these are some of the very fastest guys in world slalom... you're really close!

1. Peter Klang SWEDEN 18.634 mph
2. Michael Dong USA 18.450 mph
3. Marcus Seyffarth SWEDEN 18.405 mph

Upps,
Sayffart and Dong are heroes for me ...
maybe my GPS (garmin edge 605) has hit too hard? I had the Edge in the pocket!
I want to go anyhow still a lot around ... then I have also put my set up!
But much more slowly I was not certainly, before with roll in, I was also already quick 22 km / h!
My street (Berlin, Nollendorfststraße) is going in that line a little bit down!
Well, I will even more often try it. I must still only put mine set up.

I think 17mph is totally within high-end range of an LDP-er. The variances get really small once we're up around 16--18mph, just like Cyber slalom where everyone is within 100th's of a second!! Of course these guys did the ncdsa Trap with Trakmate-strips and all that fancy racing jazz.
I use my Garmin Forerunner just out riding, and its relatively accurate -- passing bikers always seem to shout out an extra 1 mph for some reason, so it might even be measuring on the low side?
You should shoot for a cyber mile some time!

The idea is good a cybe mile to ride!
15mph is more often on my GPS, no stress!
I hope I find the time, the times to try!

Hey Prikel!
Ive already done a cybermile in good old gemany...not too fast, but won't be the last. Look on the cybermile site. My overall speed was something like 14,3mph over one mile.....
Lets organize some more cybermiles in germany!
