|
|
Northwest Longboarding Presents, Seattle Push Race May 10th.
Racer sign up at 8:30, start at 9:00am SHARP!
The start/finish line will be at The Park On The Lid in Mercer Island. From there the course will go down the hill to the I-90 floating bridge, across the bridge and up the hill to the turnaround point at Sturgus Park in North Beacon Hill, then back the way you came to the finish!
Skill level is Intermedate to Advanced. If all the racers aren't past the finish in two hours, we'll start the prize raffle without you. However, two hours is a long time to finish this course, and even if you footbreak down every hill and walk up every up hill, you should make it in time. Every rider that completes the course will be eligible for the raffle.
HELMETS REQUIRED!
Don't feel like racing? Come anyways! The park is a great place to spectate, and there will be lots of people to mingle with and different different boards to try out.

================
edit: may 21, removed most of the big pics as they take even my machine way too long to load. if you saw something you liked before and came back, let me know and I'll shoot you the collection.

Hey Eric, just caught your note. That guy is Casey Morrow, pretty awesome he showed up at the ultraskate as well, eh? Considering the fact he came up from Portland two weekends in a row plus he was just down at the Ditch Slap the weekend before the ultra! Casey rips up the Portland Pushers.
I removed all those huge pictures now because it was choking up even my fast machine. The collection was pretty raw and yeah Logan I do seem to have a talent for snapping "random" pics, which usually means 95% are entirely tossable :-p |

... What socks are those? They look .. yeah I'll say it : awesome.
They probably don't get all wet from foot sweat and what not after hours and hours of skating.
EDIT: Found the thread where they're discussed. _________________ Gawd |
