pavedwave distance skateboarding

I had to bail on the full weekend of Salem Slalom this year, but could still take half a day to get out and do some near-naked skateboarding in the sun.

The weather couldn't have been better -- overcast and comfortable outside, and just got sunnier in the afternoon. Surprisingly, the sunscreen layer under the silver paint, worked! Gasworks Park filled up as the day went on. And no single event of the day eclipsed the other --- the entire experience was incredible.

The whole "naked cyclist" scene is artistic and natural -- I'm always inspired by the creativity exploding from this friendly group of people.

At least LDPing the parade wouldn't leave a sweaty bike seat. Way to go James. You have bigger....nerves than I do. As Rodney Dangerfield said: I'm so outta shape, you could donate my body to science fiction.
