Brady knocked out 2011's first Ultraskate, skating an "easy" 168 miles in 24 hours for Voices4Peru. I sent him some good luck via Facebook just as the skate kicked off, and was surprised to get his response minutes later! He managed to keep in touch with family and friends throughout the ride, posting updates the whole time, and seemed to hold strong through the night.

Before the skate he got some great 1st-hand prep advice from a fellow Aussie, Odin Mackay, who had previously organized an ultraskate effort in Australia the year prior.

Hope to hear more from Brady on the skate soon!

That's fantastic! I find it really inspiring to see people getting out there and doing something... fantastic that Brady did this for charity too.
